On December 12, 2013, the UW-Madison CSESA team and members of the collaborating school team presented a poster in Chicago, IL, at The Association for Persons with Severe Handicaps (TASH) conference. Their poster described the 2013 spring pilot study of the Transitioning Together program.  The poster featured data collected from parents, students, and school team members who participated in the eight week education and support program at their local high school. The data described participant opinions about how achievable and beneficial the program would be in a typical high school setting. Click below to see the poster.
