Transitioning Together: A Family-Centered Transition Intervention for High School Students with ASD

Transitioning Together is offered as part of the Center on Secondary Education for Students with ASD and is a family-centered transition intervention for high school students with ASD.  It is an eight-week education and support program for families of adolescents with ASD that gives students and families tools for the transitions ahead. This program involves sessions for individual families, multiple families in group sessions, and social group sessions for adolescents.
